Summary
COI synopsis: Mentally handicapped children are a section of society only too easily overlooked by the rest of us - and they can find themselves isolated in institutions until adulthood and beyond. Now, a new scheme for caring for them in ordinary houses within the community is attracting a lot of attention and interest from workers in Britain and abroad.
