- COI synopsis: In London Joan and Julius Evans from America meet students from various parts of the Commonwealth of Nations who have come to Britain for university degrees and specialized training. These students include an Indian girl studying surgery and a young man from Ghana absorbing the philosophy and cultural background of Britain. Joan and Julius learn from a number of these students that, though many of thier countries have independent status in the Commonwealth, their young people still look to Britain as the focal point of technical knowledge and higher learning.
