NoS synopsis: Intertitle reads: "With so much silk-clad ankle about nowadays, one can hardly blame the mud spots for clinging to Eve’s stockings. But, here’s a novel little rubber protector which baffles ‘em". C/U of woman in hat and fur trimmed coat taking two rubber items from a wrapper. She bends down and there is a C/U of her leg, her foot is on a table. She proceeds to button the rubber stocking protectors around her leg. "At first glance, hey look like a new kind of boot -". She lifts her skirts and looks down at both legs. C/U of her feet and calves wearing the protectors whilst standing on a very muddy road. Woman turns and walks down a very muddy street with cars racing by. - Keywords
