British Pathe synopsis: "Filmed at the West Pier, Brighton". ""If anybody wants a recipe for keeping fit, try diving and swimming in all seasons," said Miss Gladys Powsey." Gladys Powsey doing various novelty dives off high diving board into swimming pool. "Our "anything-but-slow" Camera, shows the grace of Miss Powsey". Shots in slow motion. ""Swallow dives, neck dives and back-twist dives - they all need to be practised continually."" ""For a change, a sack dive usually attracts a good deal of attention."" ""And when you’re tired of climbing up the long ladder for diving - why, a few swimming imitations of "the washing tub", "the water wheel", etc., always add variety"."
