- NoS Summary - a torch in an umbrella and a walking stick with light inside.
British Pathe synopsis: A woman in a fur trimmed coat and hat demonstrates a novelty torch. C/U of her unscrewing the top off an umbrella. She pulls out a metal tube and shows it to the camera. She reapplies the end of the brolly. She points it at her front door as she turns a key in the lock and pushes down her door handle. "Another ingenious safety novelty - a walking stick that shows a warning light when the knob is pressed" C/U of woman pressing the top of a walking stick. A light comes on in the handle of the stick. "But, pity the poor motorist if the road gets full of walking-stick lights!" Surreal shot of lots of tiny lights moving around the screen. - Keywords
