British Pathe synopsis: Scenes of a lazy day on the river. Two women relax on pillows in a boat rowed by a man. They are protected from the sun by a parasol. This scene is contrasted with a women’s rugby game in France. It is a rough and tumble game with a scrum and a try featured. A large crowd watches from a stand.
