NoS Summary - A row of Old Fashioned bathing Tents on Beach.
British Pathe synopsis: Introductory intertitle reads: "Rows of tents like this may be a thing of the past soon for the ladies - " L/S of a sea front promenade covered with changing tents, seen from the slope behind. C/U of one of the tents - a stripy one - with a deck chair in front of it. The tent flaps are opened and a girl in a swimsuit steps out. She takes a coat off the deck chair and wraps it around herself. Through a camera dissolve, the woman disappears. Another woman comes round the front of the tent from behind. A man peeks out of a little space at the top of the tent flaps. "This new four-piece outdoor-cum-bathing-suit dispenses with a tent - " C/U of the woman as she waves to off screen friends. She then begins to undress. She takes off her tabard and then her skirt, revealing a swimsuit underneath. "Just slip out - and slip in." She takes off her hat and is ready to go.
