- NoS Summary - Dancers rehearse and exercise in the gardens of Champneys.
British Pathe synopsis: "Filmed at Champneys, Tring, Hertfordshire". Two men trying to have a serious conversation are repeatedly interrupted by a woman who is doing ballet exercises in their faces! She is lying on a blanket throwing a ball up and down and stretching her leg out which keeps getting in their way. The three then do some proper ballet practice including lifts, throws and acrobatics. The artists are Mme. Nadejda Nicolaeva, Serge Renoff and Sir Paul Dukes rehearsing for the new ballet "The Crazy Caravan". Sir Paul Duke performs a strange shuffling exercise with his legs in the air in slow motion. Some of the dance steps are seen in slow motion. A young boy in uniform brings some refreshments. The three collapse and lark about drinking from straws. - Keywords
