British Pathe synopsis: "Every good Frau and Fraulein from Berlin goes "whoopee" some time or other, at the great Luna Park, the relief valve of the people on the Spree - " High angle shot of the amusement park. Elaborate backdrop to a roller coaster featuring a painted mountain, trees etc. is seen. C/U of a man on a stall holding cuddly toys. Various shots of fun fair ride including good point of view shot from on board a roller coaster. "When the girls have worn out the switchback, they start on the others - " M/S of a woman trying to walk up a cakewalk style set of stairs. High angle of an aeroplane ride. Low angle shot of a couple coming down the Helter Skelter. High angle shot of the park. Low angle shot of the aeroplane ride with the planes passing over the top of the camera.
