Summary

NoS Summary - Girls have a pillow fight, a wheelbarrow race, exercise, frolic in the sea etc.
NoS synopsis: "Up in the morning early ..." Short shot of beds standing in the open air. C/U of some girls leaning out of a window and laughing. Girls in the beds have a pillow fight. Panning shot of more girls having pillow fights. "Off to the beach for their daily dozen..." Low angle shot of lots of legs running down some steps. The girls all wear swimsuits and dressing gowns or beach wraps. L/S of the girls running towards the camera in their swimming hats and robes. C/U of some of the girls having a wheelbarrow race. M/S of the girls "walking" towards the camera. "Ten minutes of this per day will reduce that shadow of yours to a much more fascinating line - " The girls stand in a circle and a girl in the middle swings a large ball on a string around. The girls have to jump in the air to avoid the ball. View of the girls from the middle of the circle, the camera spins around. "Even if you can’t manage the last in your bedroom you can try this style - " The girls fold their arms and do bunny hops on the beach. Various shots of the girls bumping into each other as they bounce around. "Whoopee!" The girls all stretch up their arms trying to grab a beach ball. Low angle shot of the girls running towards the camera. Shot of the girls running away from the camera towards the sea. L/S of the girls frolicking in the sea.
