Summary
NoS Summary - Flora Harte and Ramon Cortez from "Eldorado" at Daly’s Theatre, London.
NoS synopsis: "The luxurious, sinuous and fascinating Tango the dance of the Argentine." Flora and Ramon, dressed in traditional costume, perform their Tango at the Pathe studio. The set consists of a draped curtain and some foliage. Part of the film is shot from overhead to show the movements of the dancers. C/U of the dancers’ faces - Ramon is very handsome with his slick backed hair! He twists his partner around and throws her backwards. Her leg goes straight up in the air and her skirt falls down onto the ground. Another overhead shot and another C/U as Ramon lowers Harte and leans forward over her. More shots of the dance.
