British Pathe synopsis: "Durban is a long way from London but our South African kin have the same "boyish" figure idea - and try hard to get it." Various shots of a group of young men and women doing keep fit exercises in the open air. "The only difference is, Adam concentrates on chests and Eve avoids them." M/S of a group of five youngsters exercising with dumbbells. They move their arms forward and back, above their heads and to the backs of their heads. C/U of girl exercising with a stick or baton. She looks very serious as she exercises. "These are good exercises in your bedroom, or on the beach, for that matter - !" Group of women wearing shorts lie on the grass with their legs in the air. They move them backwards and forwards. Shot from in front of the girls’ heads as they exercise. - Keywords
