Summary
NoS Summary - A new dance is demonstrated at the Lido Club in New York.
British Pathe synopsis: "This is the latest dance from New York - straight from the famous Lido Club -" High angle shot of the nightclub dance floor. A band plays on a small platform at the back of the dance floor. A couple sweep onto the floor. Low angle shot of the dance. Various shots of the exhibition dancers performing the "Clover Leaf." M/S of two men in black tie sitting in front of the band - possibly singing. Panning shots of club clientele sitting at tables and watching the dancing. More shots of the dance which includes high kicks and twirls.
