British Pathe synopsis: "Eve always had a tender spot for horses, and this lady (winner of many prizes for her wonderful jumping) is no exception - " C/U of a woman holding a dog and feeding a horse. L/S of a stables with several horses being groomed in front of it. The horses are groomed then the girls groom themselves. C/U of woman looking into a compact and applying face powder. C/U of a horse. Woman powders the horse’s nose. M/S of two girls standing beside a stable door - they both have cigarettes in their mouths. Horse pokes its head over the stable door. M/S of horse having a shoe removed by a blacksmith. "Styles for stiles - one way of getting over - " M/S of woman climbing over a stile whilst two dogs run under it. "- and another - " Lots of women jump their horses over the stile - the film is sped up. "In jumping, as in everything, there is a right and a wrong way. Observe this faulty jump..." Woman sits badly on a horse and takes a couple of jumps. "Now correctly - " Woman takes two jumps in the correct way. Slow motion footage of the jumps - various shots. Horse jumps over a gate towards the camera - slow motion. "A really good fast water jump." Fast motion footage of woman taking a jump. "Our "slow" camera reveals the perfect action - " Slow motion of the jump. "A rival jumper!" Woman encourages a dog to jump a fence. "Eve calls it a day - " M/S of the girls sitting on or in front of a garden swing chair. They drink cups of tea and smoke cigarettes.
