Summary
BFI synopsis: The Company’s contribution to the British Electricty Authority’s programme of providing 50 new generating stations throughout the country forms a striking picture with shots of the new station at Carlisle, current work at Baropny Power Station, near Cumnock in Ayrshire; Portishead near Bristol and Bold, near St Helens and a glance at Plymouth to see the Generating Station and coaling wharf in operation.
