Summary
COI synopsis: Pipe-laying engineers, whose road-works were a malignant cancer to the fuming motorist, have taken their work underground. One small hole at the roadside is the only indication to passing traffic of tunnelling under busy roads. Lasers and golf-balls help the engineers to "hole in one".
