MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Chelsea Arts Ball. DESCRIPTION: Four thousand revellers filled the Albert Hall for world’s biggest carnival. SHOTLIST: Elevated shot of crowd in fancy dress surrounding huge cake with candles, singing Auld Lang Syne. Elevated shots of the gathering. Close shot of dancing. Huge paper model aircraft carried on shoulders of maids of honour. Fairy Queen steps off same. Balloons drop from ceiling. Dice and cards hang from ceiling. People throwing balloons about.
