Summary

MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Prince of Wales at St David’s Day Parade. DESCRIPTION: At Chelsea Barracks the Prince presents leeks to the Welsh Guards. SHOTLIST: Shot of the Prince wearing Busby and full dress walking along with officer. The regiment are handed the national emblem. Shot of the regiment lined up and pinning on the emblems.
