Shots of Vimy ridge in 1917. Ruined village and crucifix. Men marching at front. Shot of the original cross commemorating the Canadians. Planes flypast over new monument. Aerial shot of same. President Lebrun arrives and greets King Edward. They walk to memorial. Close shot of King speaking. He then draws aside the flag and unveils the monument. Close shot of this.
