Summary
MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Film Actors Perform on Shetland Isle. DESCRIPTION: Film actors perform unrehearsed drama on Shetland Isle. SHOTLIST: Shot of the island and men in boat pointing at same. Shot of the quayside. Shot of the actors performing and taken board. Rocks being scaled. Scenic shots of the rocks. Two men in sou’westers with spray breaking over them in front of camera. The film people attempt to escape from the Island. Rough seas break over the rocks and dash small rowing boat against same. Rough seas and storm. Small boat tossing about on the sea. Larger boat attempting to rescue battling way through heavy seas. Shots of lifeline thrown and the men on the rocks. Sea comes up and covers the men throwing them against the rocks. They have been stopped from returning to the mainland by the fury of the storm.
