BFI synopsis: Two open carriages drive along - only one man is visible in the first carriage. The second comes to a halt and two men in morning dress and a man in uniform get out (30). Shot of men and women seated in tiered stand with a newsboy going up the gangway. Prince Arthur, Duke of Connaught, visited Winnipeg 9-15/7/1912.
