Researcher Comments

The liner was torpedoed off Fastnet by the German submarine U.20 on 4 September 1915, the same U-boat that sank the Lusitania. She sank 6th September. There were 32 deaths.
Total reel footage not given on issue sheet but calculated at 352ft with titles.
