[2ND SUBTITLE]: DEFYING THE RAIN. THE ROYAL PARTY, INCLUDING THE QUEEN OF ROUMANIA, ARRIVE ON THE COURSE. TGV horse drawn carriages amidst crowd. MV Queen of Roumania, Queen Mary, King George and Prince of Wales get out of carriages, umbrellas held over them. SCU Prince of Wales shaking hands with 2 men.
