- Summary
- DH53 monoplane, piloted by Flight Lieutenant Haig - released from R33 in flight. Now released for publication by Air Ministry. Since these preliminary tests, hooking and unhooking has been accomplished successfully and frequently. At the first attempt, Flight Lieutenant Haig damaged the propeller, but made a wonderful landing.
