Summary
MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: RAS’s Garden Party. SHOTLIST: The Aeronautical Society hold a garden party, and Mr and Mrs Handley Page receive the guests, among whom is Amy Johnson who later gives a gliding display. Old ‘lines were on view, including the Dependussin and the 1909 Bleriot (Pre-Channel Model), and the Sopwith with "Pup". Among the modern planes were the Wellington Bombers, and the Empire Flying Boat "Calpurnia".
