Summary
MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: King Leopold Unveils Statue. DESCRIPTION: Unveils Memorial to King Albert. SHOTLIST: An equestrian statue of King Albert of the Belgians is unveiled in Paris by President Lebrun in the presence of King Leopold III, Queen Elizabeth, the Count of Flanders and the Princess of Piedmont, wife of the crown Prince of Italy. President Lebrun dedicates the statue and Leopold replies. After the ceremony, Leopold lays a wreath on the grave of the Unknown Soldier in the Arc de Triomphe.
