MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Chelsea Arts Ball Preliminaries. SHOTLIST: Girls showing their dresses which show the motif of "Physical Perfection". A giant monster has been built on a trolley, the tyre of which requires pumping up. An interesting spectacle is the girls riding in a chariot with Santa Claus.
