Summary
MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Changing the Nore Command. SHOTLIST: The marine band play "Rule Britannia" on the occasion of the retirement of Admiral Sir Edward Evans from the Nore Command. His successor Vice Admiral Brownrigg inspects the Naval Guard of Honour and poses with his predecessor. Then, as Admiral Evans drives away in a car wearing mufti the naval band play "Auld Lang Syne".
