Summary
MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: King and Queen in Newcastle. DESCRIPTION: Their Majesties visit the Elswick Works and lunch at the City Hall. SHOTLIST: Through crowded streets the King and Queen drive to the armament works of Ellswick. Here the pair are accompanied by Sir Charles Craven and meet old employees of the firm. Then their Majesties drive to the launch after they have dined at the City Hall where large crowds await them.
