Summary
State drive to the Guildhall, and presentation of the City’s pearl sword at the City boundary. Among those present at the City banquet are Queen Mary, Mr Joseph Kennedy, the Lord and Lady Mayoress, Archbishop of Canterbury, Lord and Lady Baldwin, Sir John Simon, and Lord Derby. After the luncheon Their Majesties triumphal drive back through the City is repeated.
