Summary
British Lightweight champion Eric Boon and veteran Kid Berg at the London Coliseum, and in the second round Boon’s body punches start to get a bit low, Berg having already appealed is down on the canvas when the bell goes for the end of the second round. The referee steps in and disqualifies Boon for hitting low and Berg is carried out the winner.
