Summary
Report from a Free Frenchman on Vichy France. His voice acts as the track over the story which shows the Vichy Government in session, including Marshal Petain, Admiral Darlan and General Huntzinger. The idle dockyards of Marseilles, deserted garages and shops, which a short while ago were bustling with activity. He warns Britain "Don’t let this happen to you".
