Summary
The King visits the Fleet and while aboard the "King George V" confers a Knighthood upon the Commander in Chief, Home Fleet, Admiral Tovey. On board a destroyer the King then reviews the Fleet, and lastly gives the royal command to "Splice the Mainbrace".
