Summary
Empire troops enter Kermanshah and [sic] from the south and west, Britain sends forces into Iran, to make contact with the Russians coming down from the north. Near the town of Kazvin the two columns meet and British and Russian soldiers meet for the first time. In Teheran life goes on much the same, the people acting quite indifferently.
