- MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: FA Cup Final - 1939. DESCRIPTION: The King and Queen are in the Royal Box at Wembley to see Portsmouth defeat Wolverhampton Wanderers by four goals to one. SHOTLIST: Mr Radcliffe conducts the tremendous crowd in community singing. Then the King and Queen arrive and make their way to the Royal Box. The teams then come out, led by their managers and the King comes out onto the field to see the teams. The captains toss up and kick off. General views of the play in ordinary and slow motion. After the game in which Portsmouth emerge victors the King and Queen present medals to the players. Portsmouth win 4-1.
