- Summary
- Convoy in the Mediterranean fights back when attacked by Italian ships and planes. Then shots of a further naval battle which took place on Palm Sunday between British and Italian fleet in the Mediterranean. Admiral Philip Vian of "Cossack" fame commanded the convoy and one of the Italian battleship’s "Littorio" is reported to have been hit. This was the first Italian fleet ever to seek combat with British warships.
