Summary
Russian ski troops use a new weapon called an aero-sledge, like a tank on skis. This can carry men at a speed of 60 mph and has already surprised the enemy with its speed. On the Crimean front an underground military hospital is visited, where three Soviet surgeons Abrahunov, Hayek and Shavelyev are kept busy. The town of Kalinin following its liberation by the Red Army gets down to the job of clearing up and rebuilding their city.
