Summary
In San Diego the President visits the giant consolidated bomber works. At Bremerton navy yard, he meets wounded naval men. Inspects the two-man Japanese submarine which was washed up at Pearl Harbour. At the Ford Warplane factory receives facts and figures from Mr Henry Ford himself. At the Chrysler Tank Works in Detroit, he sees tanks on test. At the Henry Kaiser shipyard he sees a cargo ship which took only ten days to build.
