Summary
Throughout Britain ceremonies take place to commemorate Red Army Day. Mr AV Alexander takes salute at military march past in Bristol. Mr Attlee in Cardiff. Red Army Officer Major Leberdov in Manchester. Sir Stafford Cripps in Sheffield. At London’s Albert Hall a pageant which pays tribute to the USSR and some highlights from the speech by Mr Eden.
