The session takes place on October 16th. On this session you'll learn what copyright is and how it differs from other areas of intellectual property. What types of works are protected, and who holds the rights under UK law. The key exceptions and limitations to copyright, including fair dealing and awareness of common copyright infringement pitfalls and how to avoid them.
