About the Course

Our Copyright and Creative Reuse in Education course delves into the core copyright issues concerning lawful access, usage, and production of audiovisual works in educational environments. This course will equip attendees with a comprehensive understanding of the conditions under which audiovisual works can be used lawfully for educational purposes. It will also explore how mash-ups and other derivative works can be created and leveraged within and beyond educational settings, with a particular focus on the challenges presented by copyright law in the context of online teaching.
