E. F. Tilling worked as a cameraman on the cinemagazine This Is Britain, produced by the Central Office of Information [qv] for the Board of Trade [qv]. His only existing credit is for ‘BRITAIN’S NEW RESOURCES’, This Is Britain No.45, made by the Crown Film Unit [qv] for overseas distribution in 1950.

He was also a regular cameraman for the National Coal Board Film Unit [qv]. His credits included, ‘LONDON’S BURNING’ in Review 27th Year No.9 of May 1974, ‘LIVING WITH FIRE’ in Review 32nd Year No.2 of October 1978 and ‘COAL CITY’ in Review 34th Year No.10 of June 1981.
