Arthur Maimane was a presenter on the ‘New Commonwealth’ versions of London Line (1964-1978), a magazine programme produced by the Central Office of Information [qv]. These editions were shown in countries which had recently joined the Commonwealth, primarily in Africa and the Caribbean. He is credited in one of the earlier issues, ‘Intermediate Technology’ London Line No.176, released in 1968.
