Robert Harding was a director and programme editor on the ‘New Commonwealth’ versions of London Line (1964-1978), a magazine programme produced by the Central Office of Information [qv]. These editions were shown in countries which had recently joined the Commonwealth, primarily in Africa and the Caribbean. He is credited as director for ‘Computer Arm’ London Line No.199, and programme editor for ‘Underground Railway’, London Line No.216 both released in 1968.
