The publisher and writer Margaret Busby was a presenter on the ‘New Commonwealth’ versions of London Line (1964-1978), a magazine programme produced by the Central Office of Information [qv] for the Commonwealth Relations Office [qv]. These editions were shown in countries which had recently joined the Commonwealth, primarily in Africa and the Caribbean. She is credited in one of the earlier issues, ‘Anti Locust Research’ London Line No.213, released in 1968. She returned as guest interviewer in 1978 for the issue, ‘Buchi Emicheta’ London Line No. 573.
