'Mr. Helmrich’ appears on a British Paramount News ‘Daily Assignment Sheet’ from October 1943, listed as filming a story for Warwork News with cameraman Henry Hawkins. In May 1947 Helmrich filmed ‘THE ROYAL HOMECOMING’ for British Paramount News No.1691, shooting with a wideangle lens from the Admiralty Arch. He noted that there ‘did not seem to be very much enthusiasm from the public.'
