Mills was first credited in the Pathe camera team that filmed ‘WELCOME TO PRESIDENT OF INDIA’ Pathe News No.63/49 of June 1963, and then filmed a handful of stories ending with ‘ALL YACHTS JOIN IN’ in No.63/59 of July 1963.
