- MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Sir M Campbellās Record. DESCRIPTION: The record is broken on Lake Coniston. SHOTLIST: Sir Malcolm arrives at the jetty and boards a small boat for "Bluebird II". Seen in the cockpit, and shots of his mechanics fixing the fuselage. Swing shots of both runs at speed, the record, and then the timekeepers arriving in motor boat with thumbs up to indicate broken record. Then Sir Malcolm embraces his son after receiving congratulations and gives Movietone an interview.
