SHOTLIST: The liner "Rex" arrives and aboard Sumner Welles, Myron Taylor and Mr Phillips pose. The party leave the boat with Mrs Taylor. At the Foreign Office. Count Ciano, Welles and Phillips discuss the situation. Mr Taylor is American Ambassador to the Vatican only.
