Summary
MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Hong Kong Defences. DESCRIPTION: The fortifications are being strengthened and increased at Hong Kong. SHOTLIST: Tanks rumble down the rocks and gun emplacements are being prepared. Blasting with dynamite is used as well as child labour and Chinese workmen. Submarine defence nets prevent enemy underwater craft from penetrating and torpedo boats race round on practise trips. On the shore guns are fitting into emplacements.
